What is an AI agent?
Think of an AI agent as a digital assistant that can do tasks for you automatically. You tell it what to do in plain language — like "summarize my emails every morning" or "follow up with customers who haven't replied" — and it takes care of the rest. It's like hiring a helper who works 24/7 and never takes a sick day.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. All your data is stored on European servers (Finland and Germany) and we follow ISO 27001 security standards. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with third parties, and we use zero third-party tracking cookies. Your data stays yours.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, always. You can cancel your subscription with one click from your dashboard. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no tricks. If you cancel, your service continues until the end of your current billing period. Your data stays available for 30 days after cancellation so you have time to export it.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll never surprise you with unexpected charges. When you're approaching your task limit, we send you a heads-up notification. If you hit the limit, your agents pause until the next month — they don't disappear or lose their settings. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limits.
Do I need technical skills?
Not at all. Agent Leap is built specifically for people who aren't developers. If you can write an email or use ChatGPT, you can use Agent Leap. You describe what you want in everyday language, and the system handles all the technical details behind the scenes.
What languages does the service support?
Agent Leap works fully in Finnish and English. The interface, documentation, and support are available in both languages. Your agents can also process content in many other languages, as the underlying AI models are multilingual.
How quickly can I get started?
You can sign up and have your first agent running in under 5 minutes. Sign in with Google, GitHub, or Apple, describe what you want automated, and launch. No setup wizards, no long forms, no waiting for approval.
What kind of support is available?
On the free Starter plan, you have access to our community forum where you can get help from other users and our team. The Pro plan includes email support with a response time of one business day. Business plan customers get priority support with a response time of 4 hours during business hours.
What integrations are supported?
Agent Leap connects to the tools you already use: email (Gmail, Outlook), calendars (Google Calendar), CRM systems, Slack, spreadsheets, and many more. Custom integrations are available on the Business plan. We're adding new integrations every month.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on Hetzner Cloud servers located in Finland and Germany. This means your data never leaves the European Union. We comply with GDPR and follow ISO 27001 security standards. We chose European-only infrastructure because we believe your data should stay close to home.
