Why Leap Laboratory exists
A lot of AI work looks impressive in a demo and disappointing in actual operations. The problem is usually not the model. The problem is weak integration with real processes, unclear ownership, poor usability, and too much focus on novelty over usefulness.
Leap Laboratory exists to close that gap. We build systems that are meant to be used inside actual business environments, with real constraints, real people, and real tradeoffs.
